「実験」すること、と「つまり体験すること」はほぼ同列の言葉である。

どちらも”experi”という言葉、それぞれ mentと enceという末尾で終わっている。

experiは”試す、試すことにより(何か)を抽出または引き出す”というような意味。

mentやenceは名詞であることを示す、語尾だそうです。(実際にexperimentもexperienceも動詞として使えます。このつまりは二つとも似たような意味であることがわかります。)
